Teqdirect is continuing to ensure the health and safety of our employees, customers and suppliers. We continue to closely monitor updates, so we can make necessary changes with guidance from the World Health Organization and local public health agencies.

our operations are taking the following steps to ensure your service is uninterrupted:
  • Technical support remains open, please call the number regular number (519-624-5890) or  after business hours call the number which is provided to you. Our emails are monitored so please send us email on service@teqdirect.com or sales@teqdirect.com for sales. 
  • Technicians remain available for emergency onsite and regularly scheduled technical service and server maintenance 
    • Technicians will follow physical distancing protocol
    • Technician will not enter in the room where multiple people already in the place. 
  • Our office has been updated to allow for a safe environment for both employees and customers. However, we are closed to the public and only providing service over appointments, effective from March 16th 2020 to November 25th 2020
